For more than 20 years, the Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) has conducted clinical research at Virginia Mason Medical Center in a broad variety of specialties. The CTU is staffed with skilled clinical research coordinators, research assistants. The unit provides a wide range of support to physicians involved in clinical research. Working as a team with physicians and caregivers, CTU offers comprehensive and compassionate care for patients while providing an opportunity for them to become involved in the latest medical advancements.
