What is the Lymphoma (S0313) study?

CHOP (Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, Prednisone) for 3 cycles. Follwed by Radiation treatment. Followed by Rituximab and Ibritumoman Tiuxetan

Who can participate?

Eligibility:
~Biopsy proven Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma
~Lymphoma must express CD20 antigen
~Must have at least one of the following adverse prognostic features: Non buldy Stage II or non-bulky IIE disease, 60 years old or older, performance states of 2 or serm LDH is above institution upper limit of normal
~Patients must have passed their 18th birthday

Inelegibility:
~Patients with known AIDS or HIV
~Pregnant or nursing women
~No prior malignancy within the last 5 years
